Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and excellent with loads of space, although a bit small and could use more lighting. The service was simply amazing, from the friendly staff to the fantastic personal recommendations for restaurants. The location couldn't be better, right near Nyhavn and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was lovely with a variety of choices, but the breakfast room was a bit crowded. Overall, a wonderful experience!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, though the economy double room I initially booked turned out to be smaller than expected. The superior King room with a waterfront view was impressive, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped with no towel hooks. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff, but the lack of invitation service was noted. The dining options were varied and of good quality, with reasonable pricing. Overall, a stay at this hotel offers a good balance of value for money and amenities.
The hotel offers a mix of great and not-so-great aspects. The rooms have a very bad view and lack brighter lighting options despite being clean. On the positive side, some rooms overlook the opera house and channel, enhancing the experience.
I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a nice walk-in double shower, although it felt a bit tired. The staff was incredibly nice and even offered to share restaurant recommendations for my next visit. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and shops, perfect for exploring Copenhagen. The dining options were good, but could use some improvements for vegan guests.
I couldn't have asked for a better location for the hotel, being in the middle of the city center and walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms were in good condition, though being next door to the housemaid's cupboard meant some early noise. The staff were a mix of unavailability at late hours and incredibly helpful and friendly at other times. The dining offerings were plentiful, although lacking fish for a Scandinavian buffet at one point.
